Consultation fee: NextStepsAbroad charges a consultation fee for its services,
which includes university admission assistance, personalized support,
cultural activities and excursions, arrival support, financial aid and
scholarship support, and post-study abroad support. The consultation
fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable.
Confidentiality: NextStepsAbroad is committed to protecting the privacy and
confidentiality of its clients. All information provided by clients will be
kept confidential, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability: NextStepsAbroad shall not be liable for any damages or losses
arising from the use of its services. Clients are responsible for making their
own decisions regarding their study abroad experience and NextStepsAbroad shall not
be held responsible for any negative outcomes.
Refund Policy: The consultation fee is non-refundable, except in the case of
NextStepsAbroad being unable to provide the services agreed upon. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Changes to Terms and Policies: NextStepsAbroad reserves the right to change its terms
and policies at any time, with or without notice. It is the responsibility
of clients to review the terms and policies regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the services provided by NextStepsAbroad shall be resolved through
arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law: These terms and policies shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the state of the Republic of Ghana.
Entire Agreement: These terms and policies constitute the entire agreement between NextStepsAbroad and its
clients and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
